Dr. Orhan Ibrahimzade has led Adventa Group as CEO since 2015. His career spans five disciplines: he trained as a physician, spent more than thirteen years at BP Azerbaijan in HR and then upstream IT leadership, and today builds production AI for Azerbaijani organisations.

That combination shapes how Adventa works — technology chosen for the business problem, deployed with the people and processes that have to use it, and measured by what it changes in operations.

A physician and surgeon by training, he owns an aesthetic clinic and leads Adventa’s medical business.
