Knowledge & language models

Your organisation’s knowledge, answered — with the source on screen

Assistants that answer questions from your own policies, manuals, contracts and SOPs, cite every answer, and say “I don’t know” rather than invent. Underneath: a language model built natively for Azerbaijani and deployed on your own infrastructure.

The problem

Why this matters

Buried in files

Knowledge is scattered

Policies, procedures and contracts sit across drives and PDFs nobody has time to read end to end.

Made-up facts

Generic chatbots invent

Public assistants produce confident rules, figures and deadlines that were never in your documents.

AZ as an afterthought

The language gap

Global models fragment Azerbaijani, miss context and cost more to run on local text.

Data leaves home

Sovereignty risk

Sending sensitive enterprise or government data to foreign clouds is a compliance problem.

What you get

Capabilities

01

Sovereign Azerbaijani LLM

A large language model built for Azerbaijani from the tokenizer up — handling ə and agglutinative morphology as meaningful units — trained on curated Azerbaijani text including law, science and literature.

  • Runs fully on-prem, including air-gapped networks
  • Several model sizes to match accuracy and hardware budget
  • API for chat, search and document workflows
02

Grounded knowledge assistant

Retrieval-augmented assistant over your approved documents. Ask by text or voice, in Azerbaijani, Russian or English — including natural code-switching.

  • No approved source, no answer
  • Every answer shows the documents it came from
  • Each interaction logged with its retrieved context
03

Living SOP knowledge base

Compiles SOPs, runbooks and escalation matrices into a cross-linked, browsable knowledge base that updates itself as source documents change.

  • Every claim traced to an approved source
  • Curators set scope; the system maintains the pages
  • Change history and audit trail on every page

How it works

From input to outcome

  1. 1 Choose the model size and deployment for your workload
  2. 2 Connect a curated set of approved documents
  3. 3 Staff ask questions by text or voice in their own language
  4. 4 Answers are grounded in retrieved sources and cited on screen
  5. 5 Owners review logs and ratings, and the knowledge base keeps itself current

Deployment & trust

Yours to control

Everything runs on your own infrastructure: the model, the index and the logs. Providers sit behind swappable interfaces, so the assistant can use a private on-prem model and no document leaves your network.

Who it’s for

Made for the people who use it

Operations & HSE

Find the right procedure fast during a shift or an incident, with the source right there to trust it.

Legal & compliance

Quick references and checklists from contracts and regulation, with a source trail for every point.

HR & onboarding

Policy answers and an always-current map of how things work for new hires.

IT & data leaders

An on-prem AI platform with swappable models, audit logs and no data egress.

In oil, gas & energy

Where it applies on the asset

HSE and permit-to-work

Ask what a hot-work permit or confined-space entry requires and get the cited clause from your own procedures.

Engineering documentation

Search specifications, datasheets and project procedures across disciplines and languages.

Contractor onboarding

Give contractor staff grounded answers on site rules without exposing the full document set.

FAQ

Questions

Does it work without internet access?

Yes. The language model, retrieval index and assistant can all run in an isolated or air-gapped network.

What stops it from making things up?

A strict retrieval threshold. If no approved source supports an answer, the assistant says it cannot answer instead of guessing — and every answer it does give links to its sources.

Which languages are supported?

Azerbaijani first, plus Russian and English, including questions that mix languages.

What hardware do we need?

It depends on model size and user load. We size the GPU servers as part of the pilot and can supply the hardware through our IT practice.
